I love bikes and I want you to love bikes too. I have been riding bikes for most of my life and when I am on a bike, things just tend to make sense. Group rides have turned acquaintances into lifelong friends, and races have introduced me to competitors who have pushed me to be a better person and a better athlete. The cycling community I have met through the years has always been a source of joy and encouragement. Cycling has also been a place where I can drown out or process what is and isn’t important. Whether it is a mountain bike ride or a long road ride, God helps me put things into perspective when I’m on two wheels. The vision of Rolling H is to generate enthusiasm for Nampa’s growing cycling community and encourage cyclists to do what they love…ride.
Adam Haynes, Owner
Meet Adam, the bearded shop owner extraordinaire. Adam’s favorite thing in the world is to teach people about things he loves. He is the guy who wants to tell you how it works and why it’s best that it works that way. His passion for people, cycling and bikes is best put to use on the shop floor when interacting with customers. You’ll find Adam masterminding new and existing RHC programs or representing RHC in the community at various cycling events. Something about Adam he’d probably tell you, but it would make him blush: Adam’s left calf is much smaller compared to his right calf… its pretty great.

Michelle makes sure our employees and vendors gets paid on time, does the business forecasting and keeps the team focused on our evolving ‘five year plan’. Although she’s not a serious bike geek, it would take something special to dissuade her from a mountain bike ride. She loves to be involved in organizing shop events and has a mind for driving the business forward. Michelle is the brains behind the operation, and has a way of putting a woman’s touch on all things “H”. Michelle’s biggest challenge: Locking and unlocking the shop door. For some reason the ”key” never seems to do the trick. Tricky key…

Mo is so great; he is seriously the hardest worker we’ve ever met – just working along side him will make you feel like a schlub because he is so productive. Mo is our designated shop mechanic, he is incredibly detailed and everything he touches turns to gold. He will care for your bike as if it were a child. Mo has a special place in our hearts because he was our first full time employee. Mo’s riding style takes after Grant Peterson, he is a real purist. Something Mo wants you to know about himself: He hates Amazon and buys USA made everything when at all possible, at any cost. He is the most patriotic SOB we know.

Meet Ryan, our media guru who also happens to be a bike-selling machine. This guy has a video idea for our shop about 4 times a day, it’s the best. What he’s good at: learning about what you need, what you want, and making it happen. In a roundabout way, you could say he is the perfect matchmaker. Ryan’s always loved bikes; it started with BMX riding as a kid, and most recently turned into a love for both mountain biking and road biking. Something interesting about Ryan that he’d probably never tell you (but we will): Ryan has a Star Wars doll collection.
