Early Registration Form

Early Registration for Idaho Bike-a-thon.

Registration Requirements for Participants

Format

Starting 20 April 2017, each participant will start fundraising for their team. Family, friends, local businesses are all good sources.

On the day of the event, each participant will ride laps on the Larson-Miller Short Track course.  Pledges may be based on a fixed amount or by the mile ridden. It is up to each team to decide how to use the funds for their future.

The event will have participants on the course for the duration of the event, but not all participants are required to ride the entire time. Participants may take as many breaks between laps as required.

Ride Distance and Goals

Each rider can set their own goal for how much to raise.  We recommend a minimum of $150 in pledges per participant.

When setting a riding goal, be realistic about your fitness.  A seasoned varsity rider will ride harder for a longer period of time than a beginner middle school rider.

Pledges

Pledge Drive will start 20 April 2017

By signing up for early registration, you will be sent a link to set up your own web page for your donors. Your donors may pledge my fixed amount or per mile for this event.

Fixed amount: fixed pledges can be set at any amount for participation.

Per mile amount:  A per-mile pledge can be set, such as $5/mile.  If the rider completes 5 miles, total pledge is worth $25.  A max total pledge can be set as well.

Eligible to Participate

Parents, coaches, school administrators are welcome to participate.  Participants must be registered in NICA Pit Zone or sign a NICA waiver at the event.  Your Team Director can help with a NICA Pit Zone invitation for registration if needed.
