Trainer night

Trainer nights are typically 60 minutes of group spinning with minimal instruction.  All fitness abilities are welcome.  Bring your bike, trainer, water bottle and cycling friends to the H on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for winter fitness.  Don’t let the cold derail your goals.
